COURTYARD KEENE DOWNTOWN, Keene – Your ideal downtown stay

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured very comfortable bedding, up to Marriott's standard. The beautiful pool and nice gym were definite highlights. However, there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the room, which was a bit off-putting. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like part of the family, especially Lisa, Holly, Mallory, and Aiden.

The hotel was pretty standard with a king-size bed and clean rooms, although it smelled like cigarettes and the front desk didn't address the issue when notified.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although sparkling clean and well laid out, had thin walls, letting in noise from outside. The service was exceptional, with staff being very friendly and proactive. The location was convenient for walking into town but not ideal for a prolonged stay. The dining options were limited, offering a mix of sugar-heavy cereals and pre-made egg sandwiches. Overall, it was a decent stay with room for improvement.
